| Comment | Requirements on recreation vehicles that are rarely used are ridiculous. The fees to get the vehicle tested are approximately $150 each time plus the registration fee at DMV. Finding a local tester is difficult. The documentation on the ARB forms is time consuming and won't let you edit any information to change or update. DMV is no help on processing paperwork. |
