As a voter long concerned about the already apparent deterioration
of our air and its consequences for our collective health due to
poorly controlled use of fossil fuels, I strongly urge CARB to
adopt the proposed Advanced Clean Trucks Regulation. Having
followed efforts on this issue by legislators like Senator Connie
Leyva and others and by environmentalist groups like 350 Bay Area
and the Sierra Club, I am appalled that the US and CA are so
lagging behind China and some European countries in stemming the
pollution from diesel driven trucks which contribute
disproportionately to global warming and Climate Change. Please ACT
to protect all of us, especially the low income, people of color
who will continue to suffer most without the Advanced Clean Trucks
Regulation!  Thank you.
