As a mother of 4, it is absolutely vital that we clean our air and
environment here in Los Angeles.  The health of our children hangs
in the balance.  If this regulation is not passed it will mean that
commerce has won over safety/health and morality.   It will mean
that you have chosen business over people.  Money over human life. 
Do the right thing.  Yes, there will be costs to this. But
financial costs are nothing compared to the loss of life that will
occur if we don't start taking care.  Thanks for your time.
