I just want to register my approval of the California Air
Resource Board (CARB) suggetions for improving the 2022 Climate
Change Scoping Plan. I think California can do better faster to
reach zero carbon emissions by 2045, or sooner, by investing in
green technologies rather than natural gas or carbon capture. Or
nuclear. Thank you.
