| Comment | I cant afford to pay more to go out sport fishing. I go out on sports fishing boats every 10 days. I pay $60 each time It is necessary for my mental health to do this. Have you done a study to see how these proposed changes would effect sports boats customers mental health.? also if this happens it will effect people living in coloured and poor neighborhoods way more than people in affluent neighborhoods?
