| Comment | The California fishery should not be targetted with such hard requirements as is proposed. This will not only hurt the small business charters but big buisness fisheries that support thounsands of resturants local and abroad. The cost of this proposal will only be pasted along to every consumer with no reguard to financial standing if the fisheries are forced to make these outlandish unsupported requirements.
