Given that CARB did not apply for a waiver from the Trump Admin, I
understand why this regulation is being repealed.  However it is an
opportunity to significantly raise the Clean Truck Fee on every
shipping container, including those transported by train to pay for
metro electrification.  I think $100 per TEU would be very helpful
even with the reduced traffic due to tariffs.  The CTE fee can go
away once these regulations are fully in place.
