| Comment | As the CA Air Resources Board has already allocated & spent
taxpayer dollars in more advantaged Sacramento neighborhoods, I
write to ask the Board to consider funding actions that will
benefit the health of chjildren and adults residing in
neighborhoods with fewer air quality monitor stations, and take
appropriate steps to improve regulations for these residents.
The American Lung Association reports there is a higher incidence
of asthma in Sacramento's disadvantaged neighborhoods. This cannot
continue to be unaddressed by this and other regulatory bodies.
Sacramentans including the Sacramento Environmental Justice
Coalition expect no less.
