We have less than 10 years to drastically reduce emissions if we
are to have a livable climate for our children and grandchildren.
California needs to be a leader on climate legislation by setting a
goal to reduce GHG emissions by 80% by 2030. The current CARB draft
plan will not keep temperatures from reaching catastrophic levels.
Humanity is running out of time.
