Please reduce pollution due to In-Use-Off- Road Diesel Vehicles. 
They produce an inordinate amount of pollution and need to be
compelled to lessen their contamination of our air.  Although I
don't want to harm the construction industry and cause a slow down
in the economy, regulation is the only way to limit air polution.
