With proposed regulations and mandates of equipment improvements
that are financially unachievable regarding Sportfishing and Whale
Watching Fleets, this action will decimate the industry and
collapse a long time pleasure time activity to many in California.


How ironic it may seem that in current advertising of "Come to
California for Vacation" that both of these activities are pictured
in the advertisements. Seems someone thins that this is a positive
activity representing California and its communities.

When sudden and harsh regulations are imposed to pleasure
industries there are always downhill consequences to unintended
users. This is one. 

It is imperative to reconsider this proposed regulations enactment
and stay the current course for a future to be maintained and true
California activites to continue.

STOP THE REGULATION OF SPORTFISHING AND WHALE WATCHING FLEETS.
