| Comment | Subject: Evidence Invalidating EPA PM2.5 NAAQS and SJV PM2.5 SIP Please consider my attached 73-page September 14, 2018 SJVAPCD comment regarding the 2018 PM2.5 State Implementation Plan for the San Joaquin Valley. My comment contains strong evidence that invalidates the 1997 and 2012 EPA PM2.5 NAAQS, as well as proposed new PM2.5 regulations. There should be no additional PM2.5 regulations in the San Joaquin Valley based on my evidence, which I have presented to EPA. This comment was previously submitted to sjvsipsupplement. If I do not receive a response from at least one CARB member, then I will assume that my comment has not been read or considered by any CARB member. |
