Please bring "In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicles" into smog
regulation. 

If a vehicle is operated, the owner is responsible for the total
"cost" of operation. Automobiles pay the price by keeping there
cars smogged and maintained. "In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicles"
should pay the full cost of operation and not pass the cost on to
others in the form of smog.

Please bring these vehicles into compliance.
