Dear CARB,


Please make climate justice a priority in the the Climate Change
Scoping Plan. Racial and economic equity must be at the forefront
of all climate action. Racial injustice is not just a side note of
the climate crisis – it’s central to the causes of the
crisis threatening us all. Air resource monitoring and solutions
need to be focused on the comunities that need it most.
