Please revise the 2022 Climate Change Scoping Plan to
include more of the following items which are *key* to CA meetings
it climate goals:


1.  Include more information on
what needs to happen for CA to meet its 2030 goals


2.  Include a plan pathway/options
with more emissions reduction thru 2040


3.  Identify gaps where
legislation needed to give CARB and other agencies the tools to
meet our climate goals


4.  Please describe what a zero
emissions grid look like and the barriers to achieving it.
