After learning about the proposal put forth by the current
California Administration and CARB to remove wood and fiberglass
boats from service and while it may makes sense if a politician in
Sacramento, a Government Agency or a reading the headlines the
overall effect on ocean working people will be devastating. Putting
people out of work, raised prices for ocean activities not only
privately but also for research and school kids and universities. I
could go on and on but please look at the impact it would have on
our communities. We have so many other issues to adress this is
overall small in scale. I ask that you do your homework and
reconsider.
