In an effort to protect the environment, CARB has to look at all
options.  However, while looking at restrictions, it is also
important to look at the economic impact of actions.  This is part
of any environmental review.

I ask that you weigh your decisions carefully with the benefit
versus negative results.  California does not need to have a loss
of another industry.
