Dear Recipient,

I am submitting public comments from members of the 'Union of
Concerned Scientists' in response to the Notice of Public Hearing
to Consider Proposed Low Carbon Fuel Standard Amendments. Enclosed
are 1,350 messages, 138 of which came from UCS Science Network
members who are pursuing advanced degrees in science, public,
economics, and engineering.
