I have been fishing out of party boats in the Monterey Bay for the
last 40 years.  If new regulations are going to be installed that
will be so costly that 80% of the current vendors would no longer
be able to remain in business this would be devastating news to me.
I basically live for those days out on the water catching saltwater
fish.
If sport fishing were to become so expensive that it would no
longer be a viable activity that would be a travesty.  Not being
able to expose my grandchildren to all the fun and beauty of nature
that comes with fishing for chinook salmon in our local bay waters
is an unconceivable vision for me.

In addition the saltwater fish that we catch on these charter boat
trips have become a big part of my wife's and my healthy diet. 
Please try to find another way to achieve your air quality goals
without coming up with regulations that would result in the death
throes of such an important industry.
