SubjectStrengthen the proposal for decreasing global warming emissions

Thank you for taking global warming seriously and developing a plan
to reduce global warming pollution and creating jobs.

While parts of the proposal are strong, I urge you to  further
strengthen it by  requiring more of the state’s largest polluters
to pay for their global warming emissions instead of giving permits
away for free.

Take advantage of this wonderful and timely opportunity!
