| Comment | I urge the CARB Board to adapt string plans in an effort to reduce carbon emmissions and prevent further global warming. The human impact in our air quality is getting worse and will only get worse if we don't acknowledge and ACT to CHANGE our current habits. We could definitely contribute less pollutants if we have significant efforts to back it up. |
