| Comment | Please rethink this , you will kill off untold family businesses that even recently recovered their boats With new motors that cost 100's of thousands of dollars and now Gov. Newsom dand c.a.r.b. drop this bombshell , how about a compromise? Give 10year to plan out for new rules ? My family and others have so many memories fishing and whale watching, I want to see data on exactly what these new rules will exactly by how much help on climate change or environmental impact ?
