| Comment | First where does come from, and? What is the purpose? I see it as government overreach. With no concern for people's livelihoods as well as the general public. People have been making a living at sea forever! What will this do to California's seafood industry as well? I have my own personal boat. So if you pass this into law? How long will it be before it effects me and other recreational boat owners? I can see it coming already! First the ocean then all waterways in California. In closing. This is wrong, unlawful, government overreach and needs not to be adopted! Thank you for your time reading this and doing the right thing for California citizens and business owners. |
