   I don't know where to start if my family can't go fishing on
sport fishing boats.  Our day and multi-day vacations are on
fishing boats   It's where my 7yr old daughter is in her happy
place.  We just finished a 2.5 day trip that we charter for family.
 This is one of multiple trips a year we do.  Everyone that goes
enjoys the same peace of being on the water fishing.  I can't
imagine not experiencing this anymore.  I do this because I am a
third generation California fisherman.  if this new law is passed
it would mean there is not going to be an opportunity for a fifth
generation efficient in California for my family.  A big part, we
enjoy spending time with the crew of the boats that we fish.  This
is how they earn their living and they work really hard and love
what they do.  It's not a job that you're going to get rich at,
it's a job that you're passionate about.  All those families will
lose out also.  I beg you, don't end generations of the passion of
love, vision and brotherhood that is experienced on the water.  It
hurts my heart to even think that this could end very soon.  Sadly
I am writing this as a family man who loves his #1 passion.  You
can say we are not ending any of this/that   But that's what is
going to happen none the less if this law is passed.  Respectful, a
