For the past three years I have organized charter fishing trips
with kids and parents. I can't tell you how much it means for the
kids to be out on the ocean and fish. Most of them had never done
it before, and they get so much out of the experience and such
appreciation of the ocean environment. Please don't tighten the
regulations so that the boats go out of business!  This would be a
terrible tragedy for an extremely minor reduction in emissions.
