| Comment | We need to have a price put on carbon and a cap-and-trade system
put in place.
The hoped for results of our state's clean air initiatives and
goals will come much much sooner if CARB dpes this.
There may be a dip in businesses wanting to come to California when
the cap and trade is first implemented, however within a short time
all the other benfits of setting up business in California will
outweigh any draw backs originally focused on.
CARB board, have courage in your convictions for a cleaner
California... clean air wise and business wise. Cap and Trade is a
choice where everyone is going to come out a very big winner.
