| Comment | Submitting CBE comments for Ernesto Arevalo, CBE NorCal Director, Milton Hernandez Nimatuj, CBE SoCal Director, with individual CBE community member letters also attached. CBE appreciates hard work of CARB staff, but Final Draft Blueprint & Community Selection very disappointing - Richmond proposed for monitoring-only, no emissions cuts plans for East Oakland, Southeast LA, nor for East Coachella. Many others deserve inclusion. Blueprint overgeneralized, needs metrics for emission cuts, health improvements - we support CEJA comments on metrics. Blueprint needs specific Oil Industry emission reduction measures - SEE OUR ATTACHED COMMENTS. |
