| Comment | Attached please find comments from automotive trade association executives representing new car dealers in 8 CalLEV states and some metro regions of CalLEV states. The purpose of this letter is to urge CARB, as part of the midterm review process, to make much needed changes to the regulations so that automakers are properly incentivized to build ZEVs and deliver them to new car dealers with equipment and at prices that sell. |
