CARB Chair Mary D. Nichols, reported “Our standards need to
recognize and keep pace with that market reality to keep California
and the nation fully competitive in the global automobile
marketplace. The conclusion is inescapable: California’s vehicle
future is electric.”  Please don't let California's trajectory to a
cleaner world and slowing of climate change, become a Koch Brothers
trajectory to dirtier air and a warmer climate for the sake of
Kochs' clinging to their billionaire fortunes from extractable
carbon-based fuels.

DO NOT BACKSLIDE OUR STATE'S AIR QUALITY!!!...it is illegal under
USEPA CAA’s anti-backsliding provision, allowing for not less
stringent alternative controls, applies when air quality standards
have been strengthened as well as when they have been relaxed. 

Thank You for all of your hard work to make CA a wonderful place to
live...PLEASE DON"T GIVE IT AWAY TO THE KOCH BROTHERS...They have
enough other other states to foul.
