CARB Chair Mary D. Nichols, reported “Our standards need to
recognize and keep pace with that market reality to keep
California
and the nation fully competitive in the global automobile
marketplace. The conclusion is inescapable: California’s vehicle
future is electric.”  Please don't let California's pathway to a
cleaner world and slowing of climate change, become a trajectory to
dirtier air and a warmer climate.

DO NOT BACKSLIDE OUR STATE'S AIR QUALITY!!!...it is illegal under
USEPA CAA’s anti-backsliding provision, allowing for not less
stringent alternative controls, applies when air quality standards
have been strengthened as well as when they have been relaxed.
