On behalf of California ReLeaf, we write to offer our support for
the Revised Draft Cap-and-Trade Auction Proceeds Third Investment
Plan.  

In particular, we applaud CARB for its recommendations to encourage
long-term funding for existing programs that are meeting the goals
and requirements of state statute created to reduce GHGs and
address climate change.

Additionally, we offer sincere thanks to CARB for recognizing the
strengths and value of small, community-based grants such as those
offered through California ReLeaf.  Such recognition is unexpected
and greatly appreciated.

Thank you again for your leadership on this important issue.
