It has been great to have this cross-functional work group working
towards the resolutions of the specification and regulations.  As
the Chairman of the Refueling Taskforce and the Fuel Systems
Subcommittee and Fuel Systems Committee, I have found that the
relationships on a personal and business level with CARB, (Jason,
Shobna, Lou, Tahir, Michelle, Sam, Gurj, and John) have created a
well-functioning team.  As this team set out, we strived to develop
a common understanding and goal towards improved interfaces spelled
out in the series of specifications on both the CARB regulatory and
the SAE side.

I have personally read the latest modification several times and
found that this embodies what our team worked towards in the
taskforce.  

At this time, I would like to congratulate the team at CARB, SAE,
automotive community, and dispenser community for working together
to this common goal.

Jason, once again, thank you for the work you have performed on
this specification, as well as all the time and efforts working
with the SAE Refueling Taskforce on the series of specifications we
have developed.  It has been a pleasure developing the
relationships and working with you.
