| Comment | Ocean vessels release high amounts of NOX and Diesel particulates, therefore they should be regulated. Trucks should use fuel cells or battery electric not natural gas. Going to CNG or LNG trucks is a waste of money because they emit the same amount of Greenhouse Gases, and almost as much NOx as diesel(from Dr Jim Stewart). |
