| Comment | I am all for clean air but as for an annual smog test for all vehicles that is a drain on everyone's budget. We are retired and only put about 2000 miles on each of our 2 cars a year. Shouldn't mileage driven each year be considered? It doesn't seem fair that cars that sit most of the time need to be smogged every year. It's overkill and can't be any benefit to our environment. |
