I'm hoping that you'll adopt the Innovative Clean Transit Rule
before the end of 2018. Clean air in California doesn't just
improve everyone's quality of life, but also could save the state
potentially millions in health care costs as rates of asthma and
respiratory problems surge in heavily trafficked areas. 

California leads the nation in many ways and I'm proud of that.
Pushing agencies to adopt clean transit is a great way to serve
communities already dealing with the averse effects of climate
change.
