| Comment | I strongly support the Innovative Clean Transit Rule unveiled on August 7. I urge that the board adopt that rule as soon as possible and, in any case, before the end of 2018. The rule will help deliver clean air across the state. The rule will also advance technology and support sustainable jobs in California's burgeoning electric bus manufacturing sector.
