| Comment | While all the cars and trucks, personal and for-business, and motorcycles must reduce emissions, one big change that the state could make would be to have clean transit buses - propane, biofuel, etc. There will be initial costs to retrofit public transit vehicles and all municipal transit vehicles in the state, but the cost to the planet's pollution and our health is higher! |
