| Comment | Please refer to attached letter that outlines the City of Pasadena's opposition to this rule as it is currently proposed. This same letter was also provided directly to CARB staff in late July via email. The City of Pasadena's resources are so limited that the deployment of ZEB technology as currently proposed is not possible without having to fundamentally alter and significantly reduce the level of transit service currently provided to the public. The attached letter briefly explains seven specific concerns regarding the proposed rule and why the City of Pasadena opposes it as currently proposed. |
