I wonder how many burn permits are issued in California everyday on
average , all time highs and lows, which dates, etc.. I feel that
nobody has the right to burn debris here in California as it is
already crowded with 40+ million in population and with all the
chimneys, heavy traffic, livestock flatulence GHG, you name it..
Enough is enough.. California is the worst air quality state in all
48 states! No wonder California has no room for coal fired
powerplants ..Please keep this under consideration and maybe you
will find a little courage to enact a more severe limitation to
firewood and burn permits for our health's sake.. Healthcare
expenses are bad enough already and to have you kind of stepping
too lightly on the brake pedal about all the burn activities here
in California is insane already ! Some homeowners are heavy
firewood users which is not fair to neighbors who happen to live
downwind ... The official way of measuring air quality is too broad
brushed to be really meaningful to anyone who happen to live next
to firebreathers... which routinely exceed the hazardous levels in
local proximities to neighbors..   Think , think, think !!!! Those
firebreathers are borderline criminals to put it mildy.. They are
bullies!
