| Comment | Please find attached a joint study by Tetratech and NRDC on several opportunities to reduce GHG emissions and carbon-intensity directly at refineries and crude oil production facilities. Five approaches to reducing carbon pollution directly from the petroleum supply chain were analyzed. The study's results point to a significant portion of LCFS compliance and credit generation being possible through these technologies.
