| Comment | The dump truck industry is dying with this depressive economy. We cannot afford to pay our bills much less try to upgrade, retrofit, or repower our trucks. We need more time for the ecomony to come around before we can do any of this. We all want clean air, but not at the cost of our businesses, families, health and our own lives due to the stress of no work. |
