Subject | GHG (CO2) Carbon Capture Technology for Stationary Fuel Fired Engines |
Comment | Dear Board Members Eisenhut and Sherriffs, I will be attending the next meeting on February 8, 2018 in Sacramento and hope to meet you with regards to a pilot plant operating in almond groves in Wasco, California (located in the San Joaquin Valley, just outside of Bakersfield) which captures CO2 from flue gas generated from propane, gasoline, and diesel driven engines on pumps, electric generators, and other stationary engine driven hydrocarbon fuel supplied equipment. At our test site, the exhaust, with it's CO2 is routed and conditioned for delivery to enhance the growth of existing agriculture (almond trees). Growth (biomass weight above and below ground) and yield increase of 50%, with 25% lower water requirements are predicted, as well as an earlier harvest in 2018, as a result of this technology. Please let me know if we can meet to show and discuss progress/results! Regards, Brian Kolodji, PE (713) 907-8742 |
