RE: Proposition 1B: Goods Movement Emission Reduction Program
Guidelines updates.

Dear board members,

Arrow Transit Mix is a family owned and operated ready mix business
in the Antelope Valley California that employs 28 employees. We
have reviewed all information regarding the Proposition 1B program.
It seems here in the Antelope Valley we are excluded from the Los
Angeles / Inland Empire Trade Corridor. This unfortunately puts us
in unfair competition with our direct competitors who are able to
receive these incentives. It has also been brought to our attention
that certain counties who have better air quality data then the
Antelope Valley have been granted incentives (I.E. Napa county,
Kings county, Marin county). As you can imagine we have been
frustrated trying to comply and continue to run a successful
business that so many hard working men and women in our community
rely on to support their families.
