| Comment | Please post the attached Section 5.B.5 from June 2012 US EPA Regulatory Impact Analysis for the Proposed Revisions to the NAAQS for Particulate Matter. Section 5.B.5 and Table 5.B-10 on PM2.5 mortality estimates in California are seriously flawed, as explained elsewhere. The misrepresentation of the California-specific evidence in this RIA is relevant to proposed SIP revision regarding the Federal nitrogen dioxide standard. |
