Subject | Proposed ARB Regs re: Under-inflated Tires |
Comment | California government agencies, at all levels, are suffering from severly reduced public mandates. Today you have no significant public confidence to make regulations that attempt such dubious policy. I foresee thousands of businesses burdened by additional record-keeping and reporting requirements. I foresee hundreds of additional over-paid/excessively-protected/under-performing government employees deemed necessary to support the additional flood of tire-pressure reports. I foresee thousands of affected businesses (not to mention State fleets) facing higher operating costs that bear directly on their ability to compete with outside (Calif.) competitors. And most troubling, I cannot find (within the proposal) the constraints and limitations necessary to check the ARB members confused by decades of state power-drunk governance and administration. No. Not now. Not Ever. |
