| Comment | This Low-mileage use exemption for 1000 miles is so low that it is or can be used up in just one or two trips into the state. We have a 2005 International but do not have the financing to get the filter on the truck but have customers we deal with in the El Centro and San Diego areas for but due to the regulations now we have lost those customers. If this was increased I believe it would help out many of us drivers that are not able to financially upgrade our trucks. |
