| Comment | Our company has played by the rules all along - we installed a filter early, so that our 87 could have a couple of more years. We installed a filter every year to stay compliant. Spent alot of $ that could have easily paid other bills to help us out. Its just not fair that we played/paid by the rules and others who didn't are getting a free ride - because they didn't play/pay by the rules... We saved and planned and budgeted like crazy to by compliant. No extensions..... |
