| Comment | I work for a large cattle operation. My employer has spent a considerable amount of money to have his companies eight trucks carb compliant in California. For being in compliance the company has the right to move cattle in and out of this state. If cattlemen who want to move there own cattle and have there own trucks, NOT FOR HIRE let them be exempt. All others, should do what is right and be in compliance, otherwise this is a slap in the face and not fair to those that have complied already. |
