| Comment | To whom it may concern: We all need more time to comply to the new rules not just the rural areas. If you make the new phase in rules for all California trucks that would give all time to meet the requirements. This,I feel,would show your concern not only for the environment but also the citizens and small business owners of California trying to feed there families.
