If I'm denied a loan to upgrade or retrofit my truck by a reputable finance institution, Wells Fargo, what grounds dies CARB have to tell me that I can or can't afford a DPF. Since when did they become a financial institution? How big are we going to let this corporation get? What other issues besides clean air will they try to regulate? This madness must stop |
